Contractor Management
Systems updates
Undertaking detailed site surveys and measurements
Preparing plans, diagrams, and schedules
Assisting with the preparation of tender and contract documents
Liaising closely with construction teams and other professionals
Monitoring construction progress and quality standards
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
Managing project budgets and cost control processes
Providing professional advice to stakeholdersProfile
Strong IT Skills
Experience of Voids and Day to Day surveying
Experience of contractor management
Proficiency in using surveying equipment and software
Familiarity with construction legislation and standards
An ability to work both independently and as part of a team
