Contracts Manager (Demolition)
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 + Benefits
Location: Bracknell (Operating sites in the Northern and Southern Home Counties)

You'll be part of a close-knit team focused on delivering high-quality projects across various sites in the Northern and Southern Home Counties.
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee demolition contracts across multiple sites. You will be responsible for managing up to 10 jobs at a time, with project values ranging between £20k and £1.5m.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the planning and execution of demolition contracts

Manage multiple projects simultaneously (up to 10 at a time)

Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

Work closely with the senior management team to drive growth

Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
