We are on the lookout for a visionary Digital Marketing Manager to lead our client’s digital transformation. This role offers a unique chance to craft and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy from scratch.

Key Responsibilities:
Leadership: You will not only craft a vision but also articulate it to senior leadership, pitching ideas that drive business transformation. You must have the ability to influence decision-making at the executive level, champion digital initiatives, and ensure buy-in from key stakeholders.
Team management: Being able to lead from the front with hands-on execution is crucial. You'll inspire your team through action, being involved in both high-level strategy and day-to-day operations fostering creativity and innovation.
Develop and Implement Strategy: Create, deploy and lead an end-to-end digital marketing strategy that aligns with our client’s brand and business objectives.
Content Creation: Generate compelling content that resonates with our audience across various digital platforms, including social media, website, and email campaigns, ensuring consistency and alignment with their brand voice.
Social Media Management: Design and implement a robust social media strategy to grow their online presence and engage with new followers.
SEO and SEM: Drive our search engine optimisation and manage paid search campaigns to boost visibility and traffic.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of all digital marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with PR, communications, and event teams to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
Follower Engagement: Develop and execute strategies to enhance follower interaction and loyalty through digital platforms.
What We're Looking For:
Executive Influence and Hands-On Leadership: The ideal candidate can effectively pitch and influence digital strategies at the executive level, driving transformation and securing leadership buy-in. Equally important is the ability to be hands-on, leading by example and actively supporting the team in both strategy and execution.
Experience: Proven experience in digital transformation, with a demonstrable track record of developing and executing successful digital strategies, preferably within the entertainment industry, but not essential.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and creatively to drive digital innovation and engagement.
Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and analytics.
