Salary: £450 - £475 Per Day INSIDE IR35

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Civils and Groundworks to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing large-scale projects and will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project execution from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Management: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Team Leadership: Lead and manage project teams, ensuring clear communication and coordination among team members.

Stakeholder Management: Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are managed.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

Quality Control: Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and in compliance with relevant regulations and specifications.

Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects are completed within financial constraints.

Reporting: Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and clients.
