A respected public sector organisation with multiple sites are looking for an experienced IT Support Analyst to join their team. This is a hybrid role with a requirement to attend one of their offices in the South Wales on average twice a week.
Your daily responsibilities will include providing first and second line support for the organisation's IT infrastructure. This will include assisting with the operation and maintenance of infrastructure systems and software, including backup processes and procedures. You will also be required to provide user training as required.

Demonstrable second line support experience

Security management including Firewall, Anti-virus, anti-Spam etc

Extensive Microsoft technology experience

MS Cloud Services such as Azure or Office 365

ITIL experience would be highly desirable

Full driving licence & access to your own vehicle
