My client are a family run business, specialising in the windows and door industry alongside a reactive maintenance department serving private customers, large housing associations and commercial clients.
They have an exciting opportunity for an Office Administrator / Reactive Maintenance Scheduler to join the team. This will be a 1-year, fixed term contract with a 3-month probation. For the right candidate there will be a view to extend the term.
The role will involve speaking with clients, owners and tenants so you will need to be confident on the telephone and responding to e-mails with good written skills.
Job duties
Answering calls in a professional manner and assisting with enquiries.
Entering jobs onto the computer system.
Contacting customers to schedule jobs.
Ordering materials and stationery.
Filing, shredding and scanning.
Assisting with deliveries.
Sending quotes to customers.
Raising invoices.
Marketing & Social media.
Responding to e-mails and general enquiries.
Diary management.
Day-to-day office tasks.
