Export Sales Manager – (Chemicals & Building Materials)
Hybrid – Yorkshire & Europe
Salary: > £65,000, an excellent uncapped commission structure, a yearly bonus, 25 days holiday + Bank holidays, life insurance, expenses, Frequent travel, progression & growth opportunities in the division
The position of the Export Sales Manager will be 90% new business and 10% account management, targeting distribution channels within the construction, chemicals, and engineering sectors. In return, you will receive regular pay reviews, a highly incentivised uncapped commission, and progression opportunities as the division and company grow.
Key Responsibilities for the Export Sales Manager:

Monitor market pricing globally and report to the leadership team

Research and pursue new business opportunities

Develop new partnerships with distributors and grow/expand existing relationships

Manage and undertake overseas travel as required (Approximately 2-3 times a Qtr.)

Competitor analysis in targeted regions
The Export Sales Manager will have:

Experience in export sales, preferably within the Construction, Chemicals, or building materials industries.

Proven and demonstrated longevity in a distribution or export sales position (3+ years)

Excellent negotiation and communication skills

Proven to build and maintain client relationships

A Strategic personality with a focus on exceeding sales targets and growth

Proactive, competent and dynamic personality with a “can do” attitude
