Business Development Manager | Dorset | Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm | Basic salary of £50,000 plus commission
Airius manufacture and distribute a world leading range of destratification fans, which hugely reduce business’s energy usage. We are a family business, that work hard and make sure we have a good amount of fun. Ensuring that everyone is very well looked after.
We have grown by an average of 22% per annum for the last 18 years, which is accelerating. The acceleration in growth is linked to both carbon reduction commitments and of course the crazy energy price increases.
We predict that this will continue until at least 2030 making this the perfect time to join the team!
To succeed in this role you will be intelligent, articulate, and ambitious, with the drive to earn!
You will mainly be office based; however, you will be visiting clients a good portion of the time and you will likely be staying away 1 to 2 nights a week.
What can Airius give to you?
Basic salary of £50,000 plus commission
£1,000 per months guaranteed commission for first 6 months
£500 per month guaranteed commission for second 6 months
Commission (2.5% to 10% of sale depending on lead source)
OTE
Year 1 - £85,000 – however, this is likely to be higher
Year 2 - £110,000+ -again, this is more than likely to be higher
Year 3 - £150k upwards

What will your role as a Business Development Manager look like?
Present the product to potential customers
Gather basic information from site so that technical team can prepare a proposal
Present the proposal to clients and follow up
Build relationships and support UK resellers
Lead sources will comprise of
