You will play a vital role within the team and will be responsible for Driving sales and profit.
An average day will look like this:
Support the Sales Director in managing and developing a portfolio of strategic clients.
Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction to build long-term profitable business partnerships.
Drive sales and profit to contribute to the overall growth of the business.
Act as the interface between the client and internal teams.
Manage and implement products & forecasts, in line with agreed plans.
Facilitate the efficient and consistent delivery of our products to strategic customers.
Ensure alignment of internal operations with the agreed-upon client strategies and objectives.
Identify opportunities for growth within the existing client portfolio and recommend strategies for further development.
Provide regular updates to senior management on client performance, sales progress, and any challenges faced.
Ensure compliance with internal and external policies and regulations related to client management.
