Position: Health and Safety Manager
Location: Wirral (office-based with regular site visits)
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive health and safety policies and procedures

Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments

Provide health and safety training to staff at all levels

Ensure compliance with current health and safety legislation and industry best practices

Investigate incidents, near-misses, and accidents, implementing corrective actions
-
Liaise with regulatory bodies and maintain required documentation

Promote a strong safety culture throughout the organization
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Proven experience in a similar role within the construction industry

NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent qualification
-
Strong knowledge of UK health and safety regulations
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Ability to influence and engage staff at all levels

Proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks

Valid UK driving license
