A well known retailer are looking for a Facilities Coordinator to join their team overseeing a mixture of warehouse and office space in the Hereford area. You will work in a small team ensuring maintenance / cleaning requirements are catered for.
Description
As Facilities Coordinator you will be provide Facilities Support to a small team who oversee the maintenance, security and cleaning for office / warehouse space in Hereford ensuring that the needs of the business, staff, contractors and visitors are met:. This is a single site role requiring 5 days on site per week.
Log maintenance issues on the organisations CAFM system
Use of best business practices to control and reduce operational costs
Book and maintain Preventative maintenance (PM) records for premises and equipment
Establish and maintain effective working relationship with all contractors
Carry out site inductions for contractors and visitors as required & issue permits for work
Carry out site inspections; wear and tear, damage, deficiencies, etc
Responsible for the management of the cleaning & maintenance teams
Responsible for the management of the maintenance team.Profile
Experience in an FM Coordinator / Supervisor role
Ideally a H&S qualification (IOSH)
Excellent people management skills
Experience managing external contractors
Competent with the use of Microsoft office & administrative tasksJob Offer
