Contract Support Manager required for the estate services department of a company that own and manage thousands of homes across the South West of England
Covering 600+ sites located in Bath, Bristol and Somerset
£35,196 per annum pro rata
6 month FTC, end date 31st March 2025
Monday to Friday 8am-4pm
About the role
Supporting the delivery of grounds maintenance, cleaning, window cleaning and waste removal contracts
Arranging and attending review meetings
Regular meetings with contractors’ staff
Detailed record keeping
Regular on-site monitoring of contractor performance
The right candidate
Current basic DBS certificate
Experience of client-side grounds maintenance contract management
A good knowledge of amenity horticulture
Knowledge of applicable Health & Safety requirements
Excellent customer service skills
Familiar with and competent in the use of IT systems including Excel & Word.
