This is an exciting opportunity for a Part Time Purchasing Administrator to join their small and busy team an established manufacturer based on the outskirts of the Doncaster. Supporting the Procurement Manager this candidate must be a self-starter and confident in their administration skills.
Duties of the purchasing administrator includes:

Checking and Chasing orders for over 1,000 weekly stock items with suppliers

Ensuring prices, quantities and codes are correct

Making amendments with the Procurement Manager and Suppliers

Inputting orders onto the inhouse purchasing system

General procurement admin duties
To be considered for this role candidates of purchasing administrator must have:

Intermediate IT skills including Word and Excel

Keen eye for detail and the ability to manage volume data

Strong communication skills, verbal and written
-
Used to working in a busy office environment
-
Some purchasing skills would be helpful, but this is not essential
