Time 4 Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for a Permanent Site Manager to work for a main contractor who head office is based in Swansea. My client is a very well established and highly reputable family firm renowned for qualify of work and delivery who specialise in refurbishment, conservation and heritage projects including specialise and minor works.
As permanent Site Manager, to be successful in this role you must have experience of working on conservation, heritage and restoration projects.
The ideal Site Manager for this client will be able to demonstrate experience of leading works teams with confident decision making and good verbal communication skills. Your main base will be Swansea however projects are located throughout the whole of South Wales.
Key responsibilities:

Manager all site managers, supervisors.
-
Supervising all labourers and visitors on site.

Liaising with main contractors and sub-contractors on site.

Ensuring the package is on time against programme
-
Ensure the Site team adhere to H & S Compliance.
-
Ensure the Site team adhere to the high quality of works to meet the clients’ demands.

Ensuring the safety of all site personnel

Productivity of Site staff
Skills and Experience
-
Previous Site Manager or project manager
-
Full cycle experience of conservation, refurbishment, or heritage projects is essential. .

SMSTS
-
Holds valid CSCS card
-
Valid First Aid certificate

Competitive salary £45000 to £48000 depending on experience
