We are recruiting Customer Service Advisors on a temporary to permanent basis. This role is 5 weeks to begin with and depending on performance there is the opportunity to go permanent.
This is a great opportunity as this role is working on behalf of an outsourcer with teams based in 100 countries.
The hourly rate is £11.44 per hour and the start date is the 18th of September.

Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor:
- Working on behalf of the COVID-19 telephone line
- Calling vulnerable people who are eligible for their booster jab
- Booking in booster jabs for those vulnerable people
- Providing excellent customer service
Key Skills and Experience of a Customer Service Advisor:
- Good communication skills is required
- A desire to help people is advantageous
- Previous customer service experience is advantageous
- The ability to speak to a variety of people and adapt your language when necessary is essential
- Good listening skills is required
