- We are working with a globally and industry-leading Technical Facilities Management Provider to recruit for a Technical Serivces Manager working on a Critical Manufacturing site based in Mossmoran, Fife.
Your new role

Working Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm (on-site) 40hr week.

You will playing a critical role managing up to 6 Engineers and providing support to the team to ensure that everything in the contract is technically compliant and checked to a high SFG-20 Standard.

Managing PPM and Reactive maintenance across the site, as well as contractors, making sure that all works are performed to a high grade and compliant.

You will be assisting the Maintenance Manager, implementing am efficient ppm schedule as well as managing reactive works.

Developing and reviewing RAMS, leading the team in a positive-growth mindset promoting a can-do attitude.

This role will be 60% Operational contact management and 40% off-tools quality inspecting, and helping the team technically when required.
What you'll need to succeed

At minimum of 2+ Years experience either working as a Maintenance Supervisor or Manager

Technically experienced or qualified in Commercial Electrical, Mechanical or HVAC Maintenance Engineering.

Ideally working for a private facilities management company or have worked in a similar field.

Must live in a commutable distance to Mossmoran, Fife.
