Key Sales Coordinator Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
Coordinate customer orders, process sales documentation, and manage order tracking
Liaise with customers to provide updates on orders, delivery schedules, and any product enquiries
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure the timely and accurate fulfilment of customer requirements
Work with logistics and external couriers to arrange deliveries
Maintain customer records, process invoices, and handle any issues or queries related to orders
Key Sales Coordinator Requirements:
Previous experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar role within a fast-paced environment
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
A proactive approach to problem-solving and excellent attention to detail
