Our Contract Management and Administration Team provide an efficient administrative service, supporting and maintaining good relations with new and returning clients within the Testing and Consultancy Support Services Team. Our dedicated team manage the end-to-end process to administer and resolve customer queries and are committed to providing the best possible customer service.
This role is available as a fixed-term contract to cover a period of maternity leave for 6-12 months.
What will you be doing?
As a Contract Support Team Member for BES Group, you will coordinate new incoming customer requests and queries and initiate the workflow for other internal teams. Your day to day role will see you work across several e-mail inboxes to review and allocate Customer and Engineer requests via the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
You will:
Assist teams with administrative tasks
Effectively plan inspections whilst supporting the service strategy
Managing customer interactions in an efficient, courteous and timely manner to achieve a high standard of customer satisfaction and build great relationships
Ensure the upmost data accuracy
Build positive working relationships with Engineers to support them in their role on a daily basis, providing guidance on customer needs and requirements.
Plan and manage your own workload, taking into account changes in customer and business priorities
Ensure accurate billing is calculated and invoiced, whilst following processes to maintain revenue.

Excellent administration and customer service skills, with proven experience resolving queries
Experience working with external customers and internal colleagues/stakeholders
Excellent time management skills
Good attention to detail
Good communication and writing skills
Good IT skills and previous experience using Microsoft Excel (desirable)
Experience of adding data to systems, ideally a CRM system (desirable)
Experience in managing workloads and booking customer appointments (desirable)
