Overview:
As a Advice Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing exceptional support to our team.
Responsibilities: The main role of the Advice Support Assistant will be to support our busy Debt Advice Team in all aspects of their work.
This will include, but is not limited to, the following tasks;
• debt advice & fact finding calls with our customers,
• information gathering calls with creditors, including HMRC and local authorities
• administrative tasks to support the management team. Benefits:
