They are seeking a passionate and professional individual who loves customer service and who has an eye for detail. This role will involve lots of contact with both internal departments as well as customers – so strong communication skills are a must
Job Description:
This position will involve a variety of duties, which will include:
Supporting the office by answering telephone calls and emails from customers and following up on their queries in a professional manner.
Responding to queries from the internal department, both via telephone and email
Inputting details onto the inhouse system from clients who send in orders
Taking Switchboard calls and forwarding calls
Preparing reports for customers daily
Following up queries to ensure timely payment of customer invoices Candidate Requirements:
Strong customer service experience – a real passion for looking after the customer
Strong IT experience – using a bespoke system and also MS Office
Good organisation skills and the ability to manage your time
Strong attention to detail
A good team player Hours: 9:00 am- 6:00 pm
Salary: £27,500 Per Annum
