You will:

Manage telephone calls, emails and other correspondences

Manage meeting arrangements, including room, logistics and presentation set up

Co-ordinate complex travel arrangements for UK and international travel

Edit and prepare documents

Assistant senior members of staff

Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth running of facilities and offices
We need:

Exceptional organisation skills

Experience of complex diary and travel management

Experience of dealing with confidential matters

Proficient with MS office tools

Time management and ability to multitask
