A Not-for-Profit organisation with offices in Central London is looking to hire an ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified Group Financial Controller to join them on a permanent basis. This role offers hybrid working 3 days per week in the office. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer and supervising a knowledgeable finance team, the Group Financial Controller will:
Duties of the Group Financial Controller Role:
- Oversee/design and implement Financial Controls to ensure that the organisation is best placed to minimize any unnecessary losses.
- Act as a business partner with key stakeholders in order to gain up-to-date data to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Produce accurate financial information for a number of group entities.
- Lead reporting and any associated analysis.
Requirements of the Group Financial Controller Role:
- ACA/CIMA/ACCA Qualified Accountant.
- At least 5 years experience working within the Not-for-Profit/Charity sector in a senior role.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Ability to mentor staff.
- SORP Accounting experience.
