Brief Overview:
Forsyth Barnes are currently working with a Luxury Fashion Retailer who are seeking a Head of Digital & Ecommerce. This is a great opportunity for someone to join a storied global brand, with an excellent working culture and the autonomy to shape the future of the brand's online presence. You will be responsible for driving targeted paid and organic traffic to the website and converting this to quality engagement. The right individual will have extensive leadership experience and experience working in a fast-paced and high-growth business environment.

Head of Digital & Ecommerce - Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a market-leading online luxury shopping experience, responsible for site content, customer journey, and commercial performance.
- Lead, develop, and nurture a comprehensive digital team across operations, customer service, paid media, retention, SEO & on-site development.
- Lead, deliver & drive integrated online & digital strategy, creating a fully optimized digital-first platform.
- Craft, develop, and optimize email and loyalty programs to drive the lifetime value of a customer through retention.
- Full responsibility and ownership of digital P&L - accountable for the delivery of annual sales and profit targets for the digital division.
- Contribute to the brand global strategy, with innovative digital-first plans & priorities.
- Utilize web analytics to ensure improved business performance.
- Ownership of onsite product portfolio from inception to sale and everything in between.
- Work with the marketing team to ensure online outreach is optimized.
- Maintain and generate key reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis as necessary and present when/where needed.
- Must be able to extract, manipulate, and present data to senior management.
- Identify ways to improve the CRO procedure.
Head of Digital & Ecommerce - Skills:
- Paid Media: Exceptional understanding of the paid channels and Digital P&L Management.
- Brand: Experience in Luxury Retailing (Great understanding of Luxury Products, and Luxury Brand Building).
- Growth: Experience scaling a digital business unit through a 2-5 year plan.
- Team: Experience in leading a winning team through change and transition in order to move the business forward.
