Office Manager – XERO
Location: Tranent
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000
Responsibilities

Oversee and manage daily office operations, including mail distribution, filing systems, and office supplies inventory.

Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences.

Manage and maintain company records and files, ensuring their accuracy and confidentiality.

Assist in the preparation of financial reports, invoices, and budgeting documents.

Supervise and train administrative staff members to ensure efficient office operations.

Serve as a point of contact between the management team and internal and external stakeholders.

Prepare and distribute internal memos, correspondence, and other business documents.

Monitor and maintain office equipment and technology, arranging for repairs or replacements as needed.
Requirements

Xero Accounts Proficiency
-
Proven experience in Office Management or a Similar Administrative Role.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
