Job Title: Project Coordinator
Location: Nottingham
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000per annum dependent on experience
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm & Friday 8am-3:30pm.

The Company:
A national engineering company with 3 decades of experience within bespoke design, construction of water, energy, and environmental processing and engineering are looking for a Project Coordinator to joint heir growing team.
Job Role:
To manage and plan the delivery of the planned maintenance works in the North and Central Regions.
Key Responsibilities:
Management and submission of weekly staff time sheets and subsistence forms.
Review weekly sheets for missing data, reactive work reports etc.
Ensure the companies integrated management system is populated, and information is up to date on live projects
Manage team's movements and plan daily activities
Co-ordinate with other Departments and regions
Assist in the preparation of Application invoices, including month end.About You:
Experience in an office administrator role
Strong IT knowledge
Enthusiastic about introducing new ideas and driving improvements within the scope of the role.Desirable:
