Project Manager / Project Leader / Project Supervisor required to join a global, market-leading engineering supplier.
The successful Project Manager / Project Leader / Project Supervisor shall be office based near Sheffield, responsible for managing the Key Projects team, develop and implement engineering project plans, coordinate with the sales team, contractors, oversee engineering and procurement processes, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
The Project Manager / Project Leader / Project Supervisor will ideally be skilled in using Gantt charts for planning, overseeing project execution, and managing resources. Effective communication with stakeholders is crucial to ensure milestones are met and issues are resolved. A bachelor’s degree, HND, or equivalent is required, along with strong risk management and problem-solving skills. LEV Technical Qualification (P600/P601) is a plus.

£60,000-£70,000 depending on experience

Project Manager / Project Leader / Project Supervisor Role
Oversee and manage all aspects of project execution, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion.
Create and maintain detailed project plans using Gantt charts, manage schedules, and track progress.
Work with customers, contractors, and sales partners to address technical escalations and manage risks.
Provide Project management related to solutions for dust control, fume extraction, ventilation, noise barriers, water treatment, environmental monitoring and climate control.
Provide pre-sales support, including identifying, assessing, and managing technical/engineering risks.
Organize and control labour, sub-contractors, and equipment maintenance
Liaise with various engineering departments
Project Manager / Project Leader / Project Supervisor Requirements:
Proven experience as a Project Manager, Projects Team Leader, Project Supervisor, Project Coordinator, Project Panning Manager or similar ideally in a large contractor engineering, manufacturing or industrial setting.
Formal project management qualifications such as APM or Prince2.
Health & safety qualification at Level 3 or above; LEV Technical Qualification (P600/P601) is advantageous.
Experience managing projects in power plants, shipyards, or construction sites is a plus
Background in solutions for dust control, fume extraction, ventilation, noise barriers, water treatment, environmental monitoring and climate control is highly desirable.
