Talent Acquisition Partner

We have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our inhouse recruitment team at De Vere.
This is a central/group role working with the Head of Talent Acquisition and our wider People & Culture teams within the properties, to attract and recruit the best talent in the hospitality industry.
This is a Hybrid full-time role working 40 hours per week over 5 days (although 4 days would be considered for the right candidate) with weekly travel to work at our various properties at least twice per week and paid mileage. Ideally candidates will live within an hour's drive to the Windsor area.
As a Talent Acquisition Partner with De Vere you will;
• Recruit for a variety of hotel and events roles from start to finish, including drafting adverts, shortlisting, and screening candidates.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador for De Vere, whether hosting a recruitment event, attending a careers fair or communicating with applicants
• Design and create marketing materials to promote our employer brand and job roles as well as social media posts for our De Vere careers accounts
• Champion a positive candidate experience, always leading by example and inspiring our management teams
• Support with regular Talent Acquisition training for our management teams working with De Vere
You will also have the opportunity to attend quarterly recruitment strategy meetings with our property teams and our quarterly People & Culture team meetings, where we share important Talent Acquisition data insights to help guide future recruitment activity
Your skills and experience;
• A proven track record in end-to-end recruitment, in a fast-paced hotel or hospitality environment, however, experience recruiting in retail, restaurants, or the broader leisure sector would also be beneficial
• Excellent communication, listening and organisational skills with an eye for detail
• Proven experience using an ATS, Linked in & other CV searching tools to source and reach out to potential candidates
• The ability to influence and work effectively with senior colleagues and managers
• A creative approach and a keen interest in social media and employer brand marketing

Up to £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
