Elevation Accountancy and Finance are delighted to be working with a fantastic business in Sherburn in Elmet as they look to recruit a Credit Controller into their team on a full time, 12 Month Fixed Term Contract basis.
Responsibilities:
Processing of weekly direct debit runs
Processing of remittances and cheques into SAP as and when required
Month end reporting of Sales Ledger data
Liaising with customers by phone/email to ensure payments are received in a timely manner
Provision of updates on a monthly cash dashboard to maximise cashflow and minimise bad debt
Responding to account/invoice queries liaising with internal and external sources
Support with Purchase Ledger activities on an ad-hoc basis, to support the wider Finance Team
Periodic travel for Finance Team meetings and development opportunities
Person Specification:
2 years’ work experience in a Sales Ledger environment
Previous credit control experience
Previous experience of working in a team environment
Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent
Experience of working with SAP (Desirable)
