Complex care provider is currently looking to recruit a Care Operations Co-Ordinator to add to thier existing team due to internal promotion.
Thier role is to effectively manage and support teams of care staff to deliver exceptional service provided to our clients based throughout the East & West Midlands.
Your role will be to make sure that our client’s needs are being met sufficiently and that they are being empowered as much as possible to live their lives as independently as they can.
Your role will be, but not limited, to:

Make sure that enough staff are recruited to deliver the service

Manage compliance of the workforce in line with company and regulatory requirements

Take part in the on-call escalation rota

Carry out day to day tasks, as required, so that the service provision is delivering the best service possible to its clients and staff

Keeping in house software up to date at all times

Previous experience in recruitment or health and social care is a must, good communication skills in a written and verbal format, the ability to think pragmatically, and having a can-do attitude are also a requirement of the role.
Due to the nature of the role being a car driver is a must
