We have an opportunity to work for a global insurance firm and support with a high volume of incoming telephone calls during their busy season.
This role is temporary for 3 months initially with scope for extension dependant on business needs.
This is a fully office based position, offices are located in the city centre.
We are looking for individuals who are available to start immediately with excellent customer service skills. Prior office experience is not required.
Typical duties include:
" Call handling
" Customer service via telephone and email
" Providing advice and guidance to customers
" Assisting with low level issues and complaints
" General administration
" Data entry
