Job Title: Customer Service Coordinator
Salary: £25,000-£28,000
Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday 8:45am-5pm
Location: Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire
Responsibilities:
Maintain clear and effective communication with customers.
Handle incoming customer orders by checking availability, confirming prices, and agreeing on delivery dates before processing them in SAP. Keep customers informed of any potential delays.
Coordinate sample requests, including pre-shipment samples when necessary.
Dispatch samples via courier when IATA-trained personnel are unavailable.
Regularly complete IATA training to ensure proper documentation for hazardous airfreight shipments and verify accurate drum labeling before dispatch.
Record and follow up on customer complaints.
Serve as an SAP Key User.
Create and manage new customer accounts.
Ensure that Customer Master Data remains current and accurate.
Oversee the allocation of bulk finished materials in storage to fulfill upcoming customer orders, arranging PSS as needed.
Collaborate with Production to plan canning schedules, particularly when a product is in limited supply.
Process end-of-month consignment stock.
Coordinate with the Logistics department if customers change delivery dates after transport arrangements have been made.

Strong administrative skills.
Excellent IT proficiency.
A sound understanding of Microsoft Office
