Hunt4 is looking for a Business Development Manager to join our client in Quedgeley.
We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join the existing Sales Team within a fast-paced environment. This person will form an important and integral part of an expanding business and at an exciting time within the company’s history.
The role:

Identify new business opportunities.

Identify new business markets, clients, partnerships, products & services & maintaining existing ones.

Develop & build new customer relationships & manage expectations thereafter.

Quantify network operator projects.
-
Close sales orders from Telecom network operators.
-
Identify and quantify business sectors for broadband, utilities, government/defence along with direct and indirect sell including system integrators.

Search potential market areas for telecom opportunities.

Attend industry events & conferences to network & promote products & the business.
-
Build relationships & stay up to date with new products and technologies.
-
Creating sales forecasts & actively work towards reaching them and presenting sales information to the Senior Management Team.

Active participation in completion of Tender applications received into the business.

Deliver in person & online Sales presentations with prospective & existing customers.

Work alongside our engineering team to find resolutions and solutions for all new and existing customers

Deliver minimum £1 million new business year one.

Create a BaU run-rate revenue of £2 million per annum in year two.

This role can be operated remotely once initial on-site training has been fulfilled, then visits to the Gloucester office will be approximately once or twice a month.
Desirable:
Management Experience/Bachelor degree in Marketing, Accounting, Finance, Business management or Business Administration/ Level 2 Diploma in Skills for Business: Sales & Marketing, Level 3 award in Sales Management.
5+ years of proven experience of working in the Telecoms sector.
Compensation:
Basic Salary £40,000+ per annum depending on applicant experience.
