£23,000 rising to £23,500 after 6 months
Bonus: £4800 annually + £500 after 3 months training
We are recruiting for a leading organisation based in Stoke, they are a customer focused business looking to provide a great service to their customers. You will be joining a vibrant team who have a genuine passion for supporting and helping customers.
Role:

Handling all customer correspondence

Build rapport with customers to ensure a first-class service

Working with the customers to work out the best solution for them

Handle objections

Answering an questions and queries that customers may have

Working on several systems at once
