As a result of our client's ongoing success and expansion, we are seeking a Business Development Coordinator with the objective of driving sales to generate new leads whilst maximising on opportunities within existing clients.
The ideal Business Development Coordinator:
B2B sales experience gained within the service sector
Self motivated and capable of working on your own initiative to deliver agreed objectives
Attention to detail - You will be working with important documentation which requires accuracy
Competent with Microsoft Office products and experience working with CRM systems
Friendly and able to work within a small team of like minded individuals
Service industry background - Perhaps Hospitality, Events, HR or Recruitment sector
Basic marketing experience would be an added advantage, but not essential
The role of Business Development Coordinator:
Identify and prospect potential clients to secure qualified appointments for the Business Development Director
Actively generate leads through various tools such as Sales Navigator, LinkedIn, and outbound calls
Track, follow, and record leads on our CRM system
Collaborate with the Business Development Director to develop marketing strategies to boost lead generation and identify PR and networking opportunities
Promote and attend events and exhibitions to represent our company across all regions
