Your day-to-day will include:
Managing orders made by clients and internal teams
Processing payments online
Reviewing and checking orders before submitting
Working with the Customer Support team to ensure smooth processing of orders
Liaising with suppliers via telephone, emails, web portals, etc., regarding order updates, payments, and rejections
Maintaining excellent product and services knowledge
Assisting other teams as and when required in busy periods
What you will need:
Previous office or administration experience
Brilliant communication skills
The ability to manage your own workload
Team collaboration skills
Great IT skills
Confident on the phone
