Salter Grange is currently working with a busy residential main contractor, seeking a skilled Administrator / Junior Document Controller to join their team. This role involves using Viewpoint or SharePoint experience with a good knowledge of the office suite.
Responsibilities:
Manage incoming calls and be the first point of contact for visitors.
Coordinate meeting room schedules with the administration team.
Maintain the staff database and generate necessary reports.
Ensure meeting rooms are clean and prepared for upcoming meetings.
Assist the registered Fire Officer in adhering to fire safety procedures.
Arrange courier services as needed.
Handle Key Fobs and Gate Key Holder administration.
Update and control project drawings and schedules.
Communicate with Technical Coordinators regarding drawing updates.
Conduct regular audits to ensure the correct drawing revisions are used.
Keep drawings current and remind originators to close out RFIs promptly.
