Hales Group are seeking an Administrator to support our client on a temporary basis initially for 2 months.
Duties will include:
Ordering parts for the workshop
Filing paperwork
Taking bookings for private work via telephone or email
Supporting Workshop Manager when required
Using excel spreadsheets on a day to day basis The successful Administrator will have demonstrable experience of the following:
Strong excel skills, confident with using Outlook & Word
Problem solving
Good communication skills
Attention to detail LOCATION: Lowestoft
HOURS: Monday to Friday 37 hours per week
DURATION: Temporary initially for 2 months
PAY: £13.73 per hour
