We are excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for an Estate Delivery Subject Matter Expert to join our Digital Strategy Programme on a 2-year fixed term contract. The role offers a starting salary of £55,000, plus a £3,000 car allowance, and eligibility for the management bonus scheme.
This is a national hybrid role and can be based anywhere in England.
The scope of the Estate Delivery role encompasses the seamless integration and optimisation of FM Estate Delivery systems within NHS Property Services business processes. This includes ensuring compliance with statutory property management legislation and industry best practice, managing user training and adoption, data management, and supporting change management initiatives.
The role will report to the Managing Director of Estate Delivery and be matrix-managed by the Delivery Project Manager. This is a business-facing role, where the individual must be comfortable dealing with senior business stakeholders, other SMEs, and end-users.
You will :
Play a critical role in building our new operating model, focusing on the integration and optimisation of CAFM & Property Management systems with business processes.
Support the selection of our future CAFM and property technology solution(s).
Support the wider programme team in the implementation of new business processes and technology solutions.
Ensure adherence to both FM regulations / compliance standards and RICS guidance.
Support change management initiatives, including communication and stakeholder engagement.The successful candidate will be an expert of management of CAFM/Maintenance type technology systems including mobile field workforce tools, including data change processes and validation, and knowledge of industry capabilities You would be expected to work alone and/or as part of a wider team. The role will require you to work cohesively with other technical disciplines.
