We are looking for an efficient and detail-oriented Administrator to join our client's dynamic team.
In this role, you will play a crucial part by accurately processing and managing sales orders, ensuring seamless and timely delivery of products and services.
Responsibilities:
Precisely enter sales orders into the order & stock management system, ensuring they are assigned to the correct account, with all relevant information detailed
Create Purchase Orders and coordinate payment requests
Handle all administrative tasks related to the sales orders
Respond to inquiries from clients, and both external and internal stakeholders, ensuring that all queries are addressed promptly and efficiently
Ensure accurate picking, packaging, and dispatching of products for sales ordersWhat we are looking for:
High attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work well under pressure
Previous experience in a similar role
IT savvy, confident using MS Excel

Title: Operations Administrator
Location: Wokingham
Salary: up to £27,000 DOE
Contract: Permanent, Full-time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
