We’re recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to earn up to £12.75 per hour.

Customer Service Advisor role:

Handle all inbound calls regarding but not limited to bookings, lost property, accounts and driver queries.

Process a large number of bookings in each shift.

Fully investigate and resolve all queries.

Build relationships with a friendly and positive approach.

Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment.

Be self-motivated, adapting positively to change.

Hold excellent IT skills; ability to update and utilise the in-house computer systems.

Readily accept responsibility.

Have an upbeat and positive attitude.

Provide a high level of customer service to drivers and customers.
Customer Service Advisor pay:
