Job Description:
Sales administration
Receipt and processing of customer development and production orders.
•
Checking pricing, part numbers, specification records and revision status.
•
Accurately enter order into business system and generate contract review.
•
Close out contract review and confirm order delivery schedule to customer.
Customer service
•
Deal with customer enquiries on both development and production orders.
•
Schedule updates, requirement changes.
•
Customer concerns, specification changes – document control.
•
Account management – where appropriate.
Generic duties to include:
•
Answering phone calls, screening, or taking messages, and connecting calls to the correct departments.
•
Following up on customers’ business communications and ordering.
•
Communicating with external parties and building positive relationships with them.
•
General office duties.
•
Computer system input and reports.
