Supporting with invoices for a technical team, ensuring accurate details are uploaded onto Excel and internal systems.
Providing additional support to various projects, it will take someone of high calibre as accuracy is key. Tracking invoices, chasing internal departments for information. Coding of projects, liaising with engineers, warranty specialists.
Extensive administrative skills are required for this busy role.
Experience:
Excellent computer skills, especially proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Attention to detail is critical in this role
Ability to work effectively under deadlines
Good organisational skills Previous administrative experience is essential, with proven experience of raising invoices. Ability to juggle a busy workload, collaborate with different teams.
