Partner Business Manager
Location: UK-based (regular travel to customer sites)
Salary: Up to £45,000 Per Annum + uncapped commission (Double OTE), car allowance
Hours: Mon - Fri, 9am to 5pm

Onecom Partners is seeking a talented Partner Business Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in growing, maintaining and developing relationships with our valued partners, ensuring their success and maximising revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and nurture strong relationships with partners within your assigned territory
Drive partner sales and cross-selling of new products to increase profitability
Manage partner relationships at all levels, from individual contacts to senior stakeholders
Provide exceptional support to partners, addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly
Actively seek out new partner opportunities and identify potential areas for growth
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and achieve sales objectives
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market dynamics to inform your sales strategies
Maintain accurate and up-to-date partner information in our CRM system
Regular travel to attend meetings with partners
Ideal Candidate:
Experience in the telecommunications industry (within channel or direct)
Proven track record in sales, with a strong focus on building and maintaining relationships
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving growth
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organisational and time management skills
Clean UK driving licence
