Selective Recruitment is currently seeking a proactive Office Manager to join our client's team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office and ensuring efficient management. Role : Office Manager
Location : Wallingford
Salary : £35k- £40k DOE
Contract : Permanent
Hours : Monday - Friday - 09:00 – 17.00
Responsibilities

Overall management of office operations, including health & safety and ordering of supplies across all

Development and reporting on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Company audits

Conveyancing, boards and EPC portal management

Calculation and processing of monthly payroll, including staff commissions, deductions, and ad hoc payments

Reconciliation of accounts

Administration of company invoicing

Updating and maintaining the company handbook

Conducting staff HR inductions

Preparation of offer letters and employment contracts
Candidate Specifications:
-
Previous HR, Payroll and Accounts experience
-
Office / Administration Management experience
-
Proficient in Sage Accounts, Xero, or comparable accounting software

Competent Microsoft office skills including Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Ability to manage a changeable workload and work to deadlines
