Are you an experienced Account Manager looking for your next challenge? We are recruiting on behalf of a leading provider in the facilities management sector for a dedicated and driven Account Manager to join their dynamic team in Bellshill.
Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management: Oversee and ensure the financial performance of the contract, driving business improvement initiatives.

Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with all statutory and company procedures, managing risks related to safety, health, environment, and quality (SHEQ).

Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong, sustainable relationships with the client and related organisations, ensuring top-notch service delivery across multiple locations.

Operational Performance: Collaborate with operational personnel, suppliers, and sub-contractors to enhance contract performance.

Performance Monitoring: Set, monitor, and control SLA’s and KPI’s, ensuring all work is correctly logged and recorded in the client/company’s asset management system.

Contract Review: Regularly review contract performance and work closely with the Regional Manager to agree on future plans and strategies.
Who We’re Looking For:

Experience: Previous account management experience within building services, facilities management, or social housing environments.

Leadership: Proven track record in people management, capable of leading and developing high-performing teams.

Technical Expertise: Strong technical background with qualifications in H&S, M&E, and water systems (HSG274).

Compliance: Experience with CAFM systems, Microsoft Office, and familiarity with relevant legislation.
