Henry Martin are assisting a global construction company in their search for an experience office manager, based in central London. They are seeking a dynamic individual, to join their team, and help maintain the smooth operation of the site office. The office manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient day to day operations of the site office. This position requires a proactive, detail orientated individual who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain a positive office environment and support senior management. The ideal candidate will have experience in office management within a fast-paced Tier 1 construction company.
Responsibilities

Coordinating the mobilisation for the site's offices and welfare, for the duration of the project, in line with company standards and ensuring desk allocations for all project teams.

Responsible for the effective management of office supplies and equipment for their project.

Responsible for the planning and execution of project events including Milestone events, Team social and wellbeing, workforce engagement, charity events and more.

Effective Management of Purchase orders and processing of invoicing at a site level, ensuring prompt payment and liaising with suppliers where necessary.

Maintain the offices and welfare facilities.

Coordination of project reports in line with company standards.
