Salary: £21,000 (Pro-rata for 3 days), equivalent to £35,000 PA
Are you an experienced HR professional looking to make a meaningful impact in a growing company? We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time HR Manager to join our global client, working 24 hours per week over three days (with flexible scheduling).
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Staffing: Manage the full recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Performance Management: Implement and oversee performance appraisal processes.
- Policy Development: Develop and update HR policies, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Training & Development: Coordinate employee development programs and support career growth initiatives.
- Compliance & Reporting: Maintain accurate employee records and prepare HR reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
