Description
Accurate processing of weekly/monthly payrolls
Delivering timely reports on payroll metrics
Calculating SSP, SPP, SMP payments
Resolving payroll discrepancies and answering employee payroll queries
Collaborating with the HR department to ensure accurate employee data
Assisting in payroll audits and liaising with auditors
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the payroll department
Month end reporting and payments for various weekly payrollsProfile
A successful Payroll Officer should have:
Have gained experience in a similar payroll position
Have a strong interest in getting into the payroll industry
Proficiency in payroll software
Excellent numerical skills, attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication skills, both written and verbalJob Offer
