Role Summary:
The Practice Administrator is an essential team member ensuring that the Practice Manager (PM) and Assistant Practice Manager (APM) are suitably supported with regards to the smooth running of the organisation.
Role Duties:
Assisting with prescriptions and physical SCRs and post/mail
Physical SCRs logged and checked reviewed and shredded/actioned accordingly
Ordering and management of FP10 files
Assisting with all practice logs
Taking meeting minutes as required
Qualification/Experience for Role:
A good command of written and spoken English, GSCE standard (or equivalent), preferred
Previous experience as an Administrator desired
Extensive experience with minutes/note-taking, or equivalent, desired
Previous experience within healthcare desired
Previous experience as a Medical Secretary preferred

A private clinic, with linked pharmacy, which specialises in assisting patients who may not have found satisfactory results for their conditions via their existing medications. They work with consultants specialising within pain, psychiatry, neurology, palliative care and cancer, so their patients can receive their prescribed medication directly to their door, via next-day delivery service. Their prescribed medicines are produced and manufactured according to the pharmaceutical-grade EU-GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice.)
