Duties include:-
- Taking orders by email or phone
- Order processing
- Checking of orders, delivery dates and pricing
- Customer deliveries
- Processing invoices
- Dealing with enquiries and query resolution
- Liaising with internal departments
The role requires lots of checking, co-ordinating, updating records, managing paperwork, customer contact.
